Pleasant and most amazing breakfast menu. Me and family enjoyed the food and property both. The best part was the hospitality. Despite rush hours, restaurant team was very much efficient and providing services at its best. Thank you each of them.

I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel, which, unfortunately, was marred by several issues that i feel need to be addressed. 1. Air conditioning issue and room change: upon check-in, i noticed that the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly. I immediately requested a room change, but the response from the staff was reluctant and uncooperative. Over the course of two days, four technicians visited to inspect the issue, but no immediate solution was provided. It was only after prolonged delays and continuous follow-ups that i was finally moved to a different room. This delay and lack of urgency were quite frustrating and impacted my overall experience. 2. Staff behavior duty manager: i was particularly disappointed by the attitude the duty manager. When i requested a room change, he was unhelpful and dismissive. I also observed shouting at the technician, questioning why he was explaining the issue to me in detail. This behavior was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable as a guest. It is crucial for hotel staff to treat both customers and colleagues with respect, 3. Incorrect charges: additionally, i was surprised to find some charges added to my room that i had not ordered. While these charges were eventually removed after i pointed out the error, the fact that they were initially added to my bill was an oversight that should have been avoided. 4. Impact on privacy: finally, the multiple visits from technicians (who spent a total of over two hours in my room) significantly impacted my privacy. While i understand the need for repairs, the lack of resolution and the lengthy delays meant that i was left with little personal space during my stay. I would like to acknowledge that the next duty manager, mr. Sushin, was more responsive and resolved the room change issue promptly. His assistance was appreciated, and i believe he handled the situation much better than his colleague. Given the challenges i faced during my stay, i hope that you will look into these matters to ensure that future guests do not experience similar frustrations. I have always trusted the marriott brand for its quality service, and i hope my experience was an isolated incident.

Ac not working

Airconditioner of my room was not working. Hence one night was not comfortable and next day it was resolved as the technician said there was some fault in the ac. Rest it was fine.
