The stay at the hotel was very good and I loved it very much. The front desk staff was very cooperative and very helpful. Also the restaurant staff were very good, They were very polite and greet us with courtesy.

The solutions provided by mr. Bharat at check in was amazing. Moreover, at the breakfast mr. Pranav went extra mile to provide me the breakfast as per needs. Additionally, mr. Vineet was someone who proved his 11 years of experience in hospitality by being with us from the beginning to the end when we faced issues. Mr. Vineet made sure to provide the exceptional service and the only person who changed my review from being 1 star to 5 star. I would really appreciate if other staff is more dedicated for providing solutions rather than excuses.
